About the Department:

The Department of IT at the Ramkrishna Mahavidyalaya came into existence in 2007 with an introduction of BCA course.The main objective was to impart knowledge of IT to the young minds so that,they could build their career in IT related  sectors and industries.

However the course was later on discontinued in 2014 and the last batch of BCA graduates was passed out in the year 2017.

Presently an interdisciplinary papers are being offered to the students such as Foundation course,programming in C and E-commerce.
