About the Department
The Department of Mathematics, Ramkrishna Mahavidyalaya, Kailashahar, started functioning in the year 1963 with Mathematics as a General subject in Under Graduate level. The Department offers Honours in Mathematics from the year 2000. The courses are affiliated to Tripura University (A Central University). Semester system is introduced in 2014. There is a Computer Laboratory in the Department for both the General and Honours Course students and a Departmental Book Library for both teachers and students. The Department takes every effort to provide quality education to the students so as to make them productive and responsible citizens.
