We want to follow this idea of great Indian monk Sw. Vivekananda. His concept of education was not only memorising some information but also to know how to live a successful life with freedom of thoughts.
Swamiji envisioned the idea that “they only live who live for others”.
“Atmano Mokshartham Jahaddhidaya cha”.. For one’s own salvation and for the welfare of the world is the main motto.
Our Mahavidyalaya from her very inception dedicated to build some strong personalities who will help to develop the human society. The college is named after the great Indian Saint Sri Ramakrishna Paramhamsa, who united everyone irrespective of caste and creed. Our mission thus follow the below objectives to accomplish the vision on the basis of which the intitute came into existence.
[i] Keeping pace with the modern changing scenario of our living, man making and character-building education is to impart to help the students to cope up with the healthy modernisation. “Satyameva Jayate”….Truth alone triumphs… as mentioned in our college logo a trustworthy value education is the target to strengthen the character of our future generation.
[ii] Along with the study of different courses under humanities, Science and commerce, students would learn to build broad perspective of mind with the quality of acceptance for sustainable development of mankind.
[iii] For the aspirant students this college is striving to develop as a University of the Northern region of Tripura. This Mahavidyalaya will be turned into a premiere institution by unfolding facilities of all modern educational needs.
